DEVELOPMENT OF NEW PRODUCTS

By rigorously executing the pre-production stages, starting with marketing data collection, market research and ending with an approved product for a validation series, it is possible to provide the customer with a product that meets the quality, functionality and current trend requirements.

An important part of this process is the management of the design process, which must result in a product that satisfies the customer, recovers the investment made and provides a reasonable profit for the company over the product life cycle. The process of creating a new product ends with the approval of a prototype. If the result of the design meets the requirements, the companys management decides to produce the new product in a validation batch mode. The production of a validation batch is intended to demonstrate that the company is comprehensively prepared for the production of the new product. This process and its consistent execution contribute significantly to the quality of the series production.

How is the development going?

The design management process itself has three phases, which can be repeated several times
depending on the needs of the project:

01.

Preparatory phase

In this phase, the conditions and requirements to be achieved by the product are defined. At the same time, the possibility of achieving the required parameters is assessed. The costs required for the design and the payback of the development are defined.

02.

Development phase

This is the main phase of the design management process, the actual development of the product takes place in this phase. In this phase, the independent validation of the development also takes place.

03.

Completion of development

This phase is the final phase in the design management process and its task is to approve the product for the validation series.
